Week 8 came too quickly, and by the end of the weekend, we were down to just 1 puppy. The week was still a busy one, as the pups went for their first set of shots (where they quickly won over the hearts of all the techs and doctors on duty), took the longest car ride they had yet to be on (up to Sacramento), and on Sunday, attended our club's member's picnic where they were the hit of the show! They were shared their puppy breathe w/ kids and adults a like, and gaves kisses to anyone taking them. It was great socialization for the babies, and needless to say, they were all pooped! Being up in Sacramento gave them a chance to meet someone new, a older pomeranian named Gizmo (who they thought was just a big toy), and also roughhouse with their Big White Brother (1/2 brother) Fu Fu, who lives w/ Richard's parents in Sacramento. The puppies (and Fu) had a blast playing, Gizmo tolerated the curious, in-his-face visitors. See the video below for some of the madness this weekend at the Sun household! It is much more quiet these days with just the 1 puppy here at home, however it won't be quiet long, the 2 boys will be returning to us this weekend and staying until their ears are done (Sandy too). So far we've gotten a few updates from the new homes of our 3 little fawn kids... all are doing well, adjusting nicely, and all in all, making their new families fall head over heals for them. We look forward to many more, and will soon have individual pages for each of the pups.
