Week 2 for the puppies saw the San Franciscio Bay Area reaching record temperatures for May, as temps were up in the upper 90's for a few days straight. The pups dealt with being uncomfortably warm, and even though some made more of a fuss than others (Zuko), they all took in in stride, and learned just how great a cold pack can serve as a pillow. Tails are healing nicely, and everyone is gaining weight at a rapid pace. Cha Cha took it upon herself to open up her eyes to the world first, and also took the first wobbly steps for the litter, with her siblings soon to follow. We're happy to report that all but Cha Cha have double dark haws (she has 1 and 1, with the 1 white being hardly noticeable at this point), and wonderful little boxer expressions. As the week progressed, the little ones started showing off their personalities, and making it known that they were here and ready to take on the world.
