Richard and I are more than excited to annouce that on March 2, 2008, our girl Nikki was bred via AI to one of our Nation's Top Boxers, Loki, aka American Champion Capri's Woods End Spellcaster, SOM. Loki, is bred & owned by Barbara Bachman of Capri Boxers, and has been a dog we have admired for a long time now. We followed his long, successful show career and grew more and more enamored with his conformation and showmanship. (Click on Loki's picture to learn more about his amazing career) We are proud and thankful to have been given the opportunity to breed Nikki to this amazing, healthy, beautiful, 7yr old dog from very old lines.

This is an outcrossed breeding bringing some of the greatest East Coast dogs into our wonderful West Coast pedigree, and we believe Loki and Nikki compliment eachother very well.  We are excited about the potential of this litter, as Loki has already produced 7 American Champions, and is a new SOM as of Jan. 4, 2009 (one of which is following in dad's paw prints winning and placing in many Groups, and a Best in Show already at a young age), and 5 Canadian Champions. He has many more pointed kids strutting their stuff around the Nation as well. Nikki has a Champion from her very first litter, with 2 more showing lots of promise. We are very grateful to Loki's owner Barbara Bachman for allowing us to breed to her wonderful boy, and look forward to what these two will produce together.

Finally, on May 3rd, Nikki delivered 4 healthy, very consistent puppies, 1 Flashy Fawn boy, 1 Classic Fawn boy, 1 Flashy Fawn girl & 1 Classic Brindle girl; all pups were 1lb+. We can't wait to see how these pups mature, as even at a young age, they are showing tons of promise! Thanks again to Barbara for allowing us to bring a bit of one of our favorite boxers of all time to the West Coast. We are so very proud of our girl Nikki, as she's outdone herself yet again. See them from birth through 8wks *here* This litter is dubbed out "Mischief & Danger" litter, as Loki is the "God of Mischief", and Nikki (short for Nikita, as in "La Femme Nikita") is our "Femme Fatale".. our dangerous girl!
